Waffle Wonders #5: Can I Freeze My Waffles?

One of the questions we get asked all the time is: “Can I freeze your waffles?”

The answer is YES! 🧇❄️

In fact, freezing is one of the best ways to make sure you always have waffles on hand for whenever the craving hits.

Here’s why freezing works so well: our Belgian Liège waffles are made with rich, yeasted dough and pearl sugar that caramelizes as they bake. This means they hold up beautifully in the freezer!

How to freeze them:

  • When your waffles arrive, you can pop the waffles, packaging and all, in to the freezer.

How to reheat them (remove packaging):

  • The easiest way is in the toaster—just a few minutes until warm and caramelized.

  • You can also heat them in the oven at 350°F for 5–7 minutes if you’re doing a larger batch.

  • Avoid the microwave if you can; it works in a pinch, but you won’t get that same crispy edge.

Our favorite part of freezing? Knowing you’ve got a stash of waffles waiting for you. Midnight snack? Weekend breakfast? Unexpected guests? Just head to your freezer and you’re the hero of the moment.

So go ahead—order extra. Your freezer will thank you later. 😉
