Shipping Policy
We ship through USPS or UPS, depending on rates and shipping time. You are not required to be present for delivery as these two carriers will leave the box of waffles at the doorstep. If for whatever reason the package is returned to us, shipping charges will not be refunded. Also due to the perishable nature of the product, we can not offer a refund for the returned waffles. A tracking number will be sent to you, so please make sure to follow it as our waffles are perishable and we want you or your recipient to enjoy them when they are as fresh as possible!

Our waffles are vacuum sealed making them shelf stable. Use or freeze by the date on the package. However, we recommend you eat them right away. Really...who wants to wait to consume waffly goodness?!
