My love for food and the community.

We create the world's best pickles, sauerkraut, kimchi, and dillybeans right here in Schenectady, NY! Our pickles are naturally fermented creating probiotics. We are also known for our dilly chicken salad, always made fresh! Not only do we carry our own line of pickled delectables but we also carry 100s of local artisan products as well.
How do you like to savor waffles?
The absolute best way to savor these waffles, is to top it with Dilly Chicken Salad and then Sriracha Maple... YUMMMY

I like to send waffles to my friends and family, just because :)
